I am a lifelong change agent. I have used my background in Organization Development to initiate change of increasingly larger scope for the past 20+ years. Starting with enabling teams, then departments, divisions, organizations, and communities, I am now focused on enabling positive change on poverty at the national level, with communities as the drivers. 

I left the safety of a regular job to launch a new program called that will engage people in communities from all walks of life to create a world that works for all. It will happen or I will die trying. 

I write quite a bit and am now starting my first book.  I am also a Reiki practioner, volunteering at a local hospital's cancer center mostly. I love to ride my Harley and watch sunsets, especially both at the same time!
